Nope it's not a waste. But i do know that i would need another one. Any recommendations? :)

Honestly, i dont see the difference. My X850Pro looks the same as the 7800gtx. Was those screens taken w/ 2 cards or 1? Either i got lucky w/ the card or the 7800gtx is not being used correctly. Look at my screens and then the others, i dont see the "wow". My game runs super smooth and no studder's or lag. Unfortunately the screens i got are in .jpg not .png, photobucket resizes after 250kb.








Im not trying to start a war, but seriously i want to be amazed, for a card twice the price of mine it should be amazing.

Full settings on any system has pretty much the same appearance, its the Frame Rates that Dramatically increase with the 7800GTX

Do you think that if i take one of those, that my fps and overal performance will increase alot or..?

I was planning on buying 2 gb from corsair and selling my current 1 gb. But maybe it's an better idea to buy another monitor first.

I obviously know that the 7800 is the card to beat, what kinda frames you guys pullin? If you can get some screens w/ "renderer.drawfps 1" that would be awesome. Like i said in my other post that i get at least 50 all the time up to 80 and sometimes drops to 20 for 1 sec in heavy combat.

I get about 90 - 100 on most servers, but if im in a heated battle, I drop to around 80 / 75

My jackhammer looks the same no matter where i stand.

Wouldnt shadows apply to anything in them, what i mean is- objects in shadows SHOULD go darker due to less light. If something is still lit in a shadow then the shaders for the object are unresponsive, right?
