I just got my explosive medal in karkand my score was like 21|-27|17|17|

If you really want this medal than here is a tip, **** the score, just turn into a suicide bomber. I was on the mec side and when we defended the hotel just thru c4 all over the walls. Soon as someone walked by, boom. I would ussaly die but hell I got the medal =p

So forget your score, just turn into a suicide bomber!

Yep, suicide bombing is the way to do it. I got my badge by loading C4 on the jeep, driving near enemy and just blowing up the jeep, myself and everybody around to smithereens. Don't care for points while doing it, though...
Funny thing about this tactic was that teammates kept coming along with me and even stayed in my jeep regardless the fact that I loaded all my C4 on it and kept yelling "Bail out!" all the way to the target area... Well, I did warn them...

There are of course many sophisticated ways to get the badge, but this one did the trick fine for me...

I usually get kicked from the server before i can get the expert badge, teammates who get Tk'ed in the process always punish.
