Shafik ya raagil - raagil = man, right? Whereas the 'G' is pronounced soft like a 'J'.
I'd bet my money on arabic :)

Well, it says in my location i'm from israel. We speak Hebrew. I studied Arabic in school, and dont recall raagil being a word for man. Sorry... :)

It is an accent. Not a formal language! because you are from Israel there is a good chance that you will understand arabic.... at least you learn it more than the Americans here!
