Yup, that would explain your 118 hours in a TANK/APC. You have 382 hours logged, so nearly 1/3 of the time you play your in a tank.

You have nearly 40-50% of your playtime in a tank/APC/heli/jet.

Clearly a stat whore, dont deny it

          Still struggling with this one.

I need someone to blow up the commander assets. I run over and repair, and then return to my safe place at which point the enemy spec ops reappears to destroy them all again. And at no point our commander is dropping supply crates.

          Ha! Fat chance!

Half my time in a vehical, half my time on the ground? Thats bad? We are taking about Battlefield here arnt we? Most maps you need a vehical just to get around. You have around 46% of you total time in a tank/APC/heli/jet, hypocrite.

I find it hard to believe that you could repair that many commander assets and not get the attention of the special ops destroying those things. Maybe you weren't working with them, but perhaps they were giving you a break and letting you repair a lot and rack up points? It's in their interest too since they get points blowing stuff up. You don't intend to work with the enemy, but they intend to use you to get points and it works out for all in the end.

The reason I find it hard to believe you can get at least half your points repairing commander assets in a single round withoug help (albiet unknown help) is because it's just so much repair that goes unnoticed. That's approximately 14 points or 14 repair missions on commander assets. After a while someone has to notice you're repairing things and realize you're in the area. True, you might have killed some in self defense but didn't they keep on chasing you? How did you keep on returning shaft without them putting up a sizable defense knowing you're going to be back? Spawning on local squad leaders helps but I can't believe there was often one close by and available to spawn on. How many times were you killed while trying to repair those assets? How many times did you repair those commander assets?

Engineer was the first veteran badge I got (a few days ago).

(*edited* - map name) Operation Clean sweep. You can spawn right next to the friggen UAV and radar.

I repair them - then move on in an apc or boat - and work in the outer bases. I hear that the stuff gets blown up and I suicide to get back there right away. Sometimes you catch the guy that blew them - sometimes you don't.

I was there for the engineer pts only - did not care about my score until after I got the pts.

Last night - got 23 repair pts on Sharqi - and I know I could have gotten 2 more before the round ended - would have been pretty damn close though. If it is a short round there is no way you can get that many - better hope for large ticket cts that stay close to get all the repair pts for expert.

                          Re: expert engineer badge

first off - bite me - second off - look at my stats, does it look like I stat pad? noooo - so again, point one - bite me.

It is possible to get the badge - take some serious time and effort and more importantly a round that is drawn out. I have been in rounds that have lasted well over 3 hours. People leave there with over 150 pts - none of which from stat padding. Again - point #1, bite me. If you were there, then you can try to say something worth while, but as it is you have nothing worthwhile to say.

Being that you are such a skilled player with 15k pts in almost 200 hours, compared to my 22k pts in 212h - you are trying to tell me how I suck? I am no where near the best, and I am not saying I am. I am saying I am better than you and my stats prove it.

If you really want to get this badge, you can do it without being legit. I do not plan to get my expert this way, but there are a couple of different ways to do it. Since it could be considered padding, I am not going to mention them here since they have already been mentioned on these boards.

So what have we learned here? Yes it is possible, and some people need to be able to back up the smack talk.

Of course they knew I was repairing..because they kept on destroying them again, ar eyou following along here? Yes they were after me..but I wasnt the only on causing trouble, our commander was there as well as other trying to take it back. 2 or 3 of us were always lurking. I dont remember how many times I died or how many kills I had. Were they giving me a break? Who knows, what should I have done? Stop repairing? Should they have dedicated their whole team to the few of us who were there? Don't be stupid. I dont know how many times and what I repaired each time, I didnt keep track. I didnt relize I would have to prove myself to a bunch of envious newbs afterwards.
