Game to Kill BF2

I know many of you have heard of or even played the Operation Flashpoint series from Bohemia Interactive Software.

I played the Operation Flashpoint: Cold War crisis years ago and it was realistic and seriously fun. I never got into the multi player of that game cause I had dial up then.

Well they are coming out with a new game in Q4 of 2006 that will put BF2 to shame in every respect. Realism, vehicles, weapons, maps, custom content creation tools, and did I mention realism in all it's splendor.

Finally theres some progress with OFP2. OFP1 was the best military game ive played to date, and i bet OFP2 will put BF2 to shame.

Op flashpoint is a awesome game. I just bought another copy a few weeks ago with all the expansions. Anyways, will it kill bf2? Doubtful. Most likely there will be a dozen or so games before the new op flashpoint comes out that will take peoples time away from bf2.

If you want a realistic game that kills BF2, just play Americas Army. jeez

Any idea if they'll be having a demo? This looks like something worth money, unlike the BF2 SF mod. I can remember when OFP was set to release, but I had dialup at the time as well so I didn't have much use in getting it. =/ (not to mention I think I was still using my Packard Bell, so yeah :p )

OFP is bar none the BEST tactical military shooter in the world. If your looking for tactics, realism, & fun you MUST get Operation Flashpoint it really is that good.

I got it when it came out but my PC was non gaming back then lol but now i'm sure I could play it but can't find it.

Ok I bought OFP and it's expansions last year, played it for a bit but had to reformat. I remember the multiplayer being hard as! I spawned inside a tank didn't know how to change view and was destroyed. I also remmeber flying the helicopters, didn't know how to shoot very well so I kept sweeping back and forth... Is this hard or was I not paying enough attention. The graphics are a little poo aren't they?
