EA Support... do you exist?

it has been almost a week now that i have posted a question to on the EA support site. i got an automated reply saying that i will get a response within 24 hours. its been almost a week and still no response!

Am i the only one they are ignoring? or is it because I'm having trouble with patch 1.03 and they don't have an answer for me... at least give me a reply that your looking into it, don't just ignore me!

nah im sure they have better things to do, like counting all the money from the product that they falsly advertised

They Don't care about you! When will you guys understand that? They already got your money and will continue to get a lot of money in the future. It doesn't matter to them if they hurt your feelings or not.

well, in the past they were very good in replying, but i will tell you this... if that's the case, if they are just sitting back and no helping anyone, they will get a bad rep with the gaming world and eventually will fail. one thing i learned in business in college is that its not completely about the product... costumer service is everything!

EA support helped me when i was constantly bluescreening in fact they helped me three times and even sent me an updated set of motherboard drivers, good stuff.

it depends who you get on the support. I had once no reply at all to a question and 2 days ago I questioned something else and got a reply within 30 min. And after I updated the question the reply followed 2 hours later.

But I think as well that customer support is everything. But they think that they are already big enough and make good games so "we" will buy their games anyway. And to be honest, this is true!!!

your rite, "we" will buy there games... but "we" will buy less and less and less. i have 3 questions sitting in ea support waiting to be looked at... almost a week! i cant belive this!

when you buy a game, your not just paying the programmers and planers, your also paying the costemer support reps that are supposed to reply to your questions. thats my point. good games or bad, games that work or games that don't, tha'ts not the issue, its the support that's the issue.

I don't understand it either how they can have such a bad support (don't reply for over a week??, you get a mail and you give an answere, takes you not longer than 5 minutes!!). I'm a pilot in business aviation, if I'd reply to a customers question later than 1 hour (if I'm at work / 12 hours if I'm on standby) I'd loose my job!!

that's actually not the thread theme, but gaming for 24 hours that's too much for my brain! I'd get a headache after 9 hrs!!

i would game on BF2 for 24 hours but i cant get BF2 to work and EA wont help me!!!

EA is just sick of answering your questions..Even if most problems submited to customer support is mainly their fault, they are now filthy rich, and they dont care..

Customer support only works the first month that the game comes out, after that, companies dont give a ****.
