If its a HP cas with a bespoke little PSU then its probably cheaper just too buy a new case and transplant your pc in to it as most cheap cases come with a reasonable 400watt psu. Thats what i often do for people in my shop when there PSU's go.
Bear in mind your PSU is VERY important, don't go using the 250 with that gfx card because what will happen id your pc will go off as tho comeone pulled the plug and it'll fry your card.
