can some 1 help me with ASE please

When i hit the refresh button it keeps saying SELECT A FILTER FIRST( TREE ON THE LEFT) but when i selct a filter or all filters or no filters it keeps saying the same message.

I have done the fix to make it work with the new patch

You need to select a game (BF2) first before you try to refresh.

Since 1.03, ASE has not worked for me. It stops at the new info window. Anyone else have this issue and found a solution?

I was just about to get my lifetime sub before Yahoo! bought them...now they don't offer lifetime subs anymore

Wow. I didn't know they stopped the lifetime subscription offer. I got my lifetime license a few years ago and I'm sure glad I did! :nod:

I bought a lifetime subscription for the ASE well over a year ago before Yahoo bought them out...they seem to be honoring it too :)

yeah i got a lifetime sub years ago.... probably about 4 years ago if i think about it. As far as i know it will always be honoured, but ASE has been lacking in support since yahoo took it over as well i can't believe they want so much per year.

Back in the day i can't remember waiting more then a few hours for new game support or bug-fixes from ASE, but now its at least a few days between updates (i know i'm spoiled by the way it was :laugh:) although there are a lot of "homemade" filters and fixes that appear on the official forums (and around any game forums generally)

The current bug where it dosent retrieve the whole player list makes the buddy list unreliable at best, useless at worst. but even if i join through the game i always refresh in ASE because its so much more accurate and has fantastic filtering potential ( you want to just browse Karkand only, ff off, ranked, 64 players maps, with auto forgive and only 2 rounds per map??? NO PROBLEM and yes you can search just the mods as well )

if anyone wants an updated qtracker bf2 mapshot pack, let me know, i updated it with a mapshot for wake (and did a bugfix).
