Hello TotalfBF2 community.

I think you sound like either a small child or an old lady.

Nothing seem to be alright for you, if I were EA and read all this I would either ban you all complainers or say "**** it, we're screwing this game now" and throw it into the trashcan.

The patch is awsome, I don't care if the "rank is too easy", now I, a passive player, get a chance to use all the weapons.

I already got 1 rank in 45 minutes of playing.. some say you got 2-3 ranks in 2 minutes.

But I'm happy with my new G3 and my old SA80.

You guys should stop complaining, how old are you? 5? 6?

It's one thing to make ONE thread with the title of "EA complainments" or something likely, but another to spam down this very nice forum with "PATCH SUCKS!" "TOO EASY TO GET RANKS!"...

Damnit guys! Read the news, you'll get to know why you rank up so fast!

I don't got anything more to say except: Do a better work if you're so damn good and EA sucks. Why do you keep playing this game if it sucks so much?

Im thinknig the majority of people are going to love the new patch...and the ones that whine and gripe about it will probably never be happy with anything unless it is 150% what THEY want and ONLY what THEY want...

A lot of us are complaining because we put in the WORK to get our rank/unlocks. And now they are handed out like candy. Sad.

Hey I put my work in too... but the game isnt about WORK and it isnt about RANKS it's a computer game and it's a FPS not some MMORPG...have fun dont worry about your stats...you still have plenty o badges, ribbons, medals, and ranks to go...plus you will always have how many points you earned...

oh and BTW i have more points then you

I agree... if i wanted every weapon available i would go play CS. I play BF2 cause its a nice mix between the 2... now it may as well be CS or there abouts. 4 ranks after 4 kills... i just dont see the point.

For those whinging about us who winge about how easy it was... if you dont have the time to play you wont get the extra content/weapons or waht ever. Now that i have everything available to me im pretty much over the game entirely and most likely wont buy BF:SF now.

Incidently... I play Spec Ops, i have like 200hours of it... i needed at least 250 to get my vet badge, now i need 15 hours? If i had known this 3-4months ago when i started playing i would have spred my 200hours out around the different classes more. This ****ed me off the most...

I thought the game was ment to segregate players abilitys and play styles, now every tom **** and noob like harry can get all medals & badges without even trying.

Exactly its an FPS not a MMORPG. That should be put in everyones sig because people fail to realize that.

Why ta hell would you spent 200 hours on a Fing Badge? Just for that, you deserve what you got. Its an FPS, its not about collectional and permanent achievment. Its about getting out there and kicking ass with your friends.

If you played 200 hours just SF just in order to get a digital image 150 x 150 pixels.....which doesnt even reward u with anything..... its sad really.

Its an FPS with a ranking system and points and players 'details' and rank progress, doesnt sound like just a FPS to me. I mean if it was why have persistant characters?

I feel a debate over what a FPS coming on....

Well, with that "What's-in-it-for-me?" attitude, I doubt a team oriented FPS like BF2 or its expansion pack is really suitable for you anyway.

umm the medals are still crazy hard to get..... and besides most the badges and medals where focused on how many hours you spent in the game not on what you did in the game....

People who play just for rank are stupid. Theres no fun in that. What do you get if you're higher rank then someone else? What do you get if you're the highest rank? You get nothing that isnt digital. If EA had rewards for top players, I would understand the competition for rank.

Right now its just "Ehh omg the noobs have high ranks now, its so ugly, omg its so lame, digital pixells omg"

Ok i will put it another way... your all focused on how you have your dream unlocks... be it the spec ops unlock or what ever. You were playing hard, and focuses to get the points to get the rank to get your unlock. Yes?

So... now you have that and your all like, "Well points dont matter now i have all my unlocks i can play for fun."

No one ever really think that fun for alot of ppl could be not playing as a team, going it lone wolf and not helping squads out? Yeh there are some medics running around still... and support guys, but basicly the game seems less intense and more well dull.

You can argue all you want about how you dont care about rank, which i understand i dont myself really i just like having the unlocks which comes with rank.

Anyways, to sum it up quickly... If you have nothing to fight for why fight? Why do you want to win the round now as commander, if that win wont bring you closer to your next unlock... when you can spend the entire round sitting on a crane being a sniper or what ever. Im just not going to be suprised when the whole concept of playing as a team fades off because people have no need for high points.

Um maybe because you like playing First Person Shooters and you like the BF series and oh the mods coming out and ummm the game is way more then just points and made up ranks.....
