Can u still get first sergeant

I was looking at the new ranks and i got promoted to a master sergeant
I would of been promoted to first sergeant but i didnt have my basic pistol badge

I wanted to know if i can still get first sergeant if i get my basic pistol badge.

Probably. I'm hoping that if you get your veteran and basic at the same time then it doesn't mess it up. I don't have my pistol badge yet, but over 450 pistol kills. If you need to get the basic by itself, then I'm out of luck.

That rank is posible, however if you do get veteran and basic at the same time it dosent work... one of my clanmates got it , and i have 10,000 more points then him.. so w/e, he dosent get an unlock anyway.

I already started a topic where I have the problem where I got both Basic and Veteran Pistol Badges at the same time and now I can't get First Sergant becasue it says I never got my Basic, only my Veteran. Here is the link:

Yes, but he won't ever advance in rank beyond that then, either. I have about 44000 points, and my rank says Master Sergeant, next rank says Master Gunnery Sergeant which is at 50,000 points, reportedly. My bar is completely empty. I need the badges for First Sergeant, and I can't get any higher in rank, no matter what my point total, until I get First Sergeant.

So yeah, if it isn't patched I'm screwed. :p

thats so stupid that EA games made it like this, They screw up on everything they do, They cant even make the new patch right.

Right. You could have 200,000 points and you'd still be a Master Sergeant. You can't skip a rank and get to Master Gunnery Sergeant without going through First Sergeant first (no pun intended).
