Well most of it was during the summer (bout 45,000 points) cause I broke my leg :cry: , but now me, my roomate, and 2 other guys use my account. But I only have 2 classes a day 4 days a week and outta my 5 classes 3 are blow off :laugh: .

After 1.03 Gunnery sargeant and got 4 unlocks.... woot!

Looks like EA are trying to keep us from the now most likelly to get some release dates soon mods

From people's replies here and elsewhere, I think the lower rankings are now:

Lance Corporal: 1000
Corporal: 3000
Sergeant: 5000
Staff Sergeant: 7000
(Gunnery Sergeant: 9000?)

Corporal is before 3000.

I just joined a server got one point and got Corporal. I'm on 2283 points.
I'm thinking Corporal is probably at 2000.

this is actually a good thing!

before, ppl don't care about anything else except getting the most points (like me armor whoring at karkand 4 hours a day) so the can get the higher ranks and unlocks.

now, with everyone ranking up faster and getting unlocks, what's the point of playing for points? NOTHING!

that's why i think there's gonna be a lot more teamwork, flag defending, etc.!

Im gonna have to agree with you on some level. We ALL knew as soon as it came out everyone was gonna whine and complain so there has been no suprises to the reaction thus far.

I just want to get off work to go get my three ranks and unlocks

i think lowering the rank requirements is a good idea.

it will help people along the way, so that they dont have to be on that LOOOONG road from 1000 to 10500 anymore... or 10500 to 25000... it will keep people playing and excited that their next promotion isnt too far off.

the game has turned into a Casino, and the grand rule of the Casino is to: Keep Them Playing And Keep Them Coming Back!

i praise EA for making this change.
