I shoot at tanks with my machine gun all time....but, my mates on comms are sneaking up behind you, while you are distracted trying to get an "easy kill" (me), and are planting c4 on your vehicle...hehehe.

How many times have we heard this now? I do the same thing and usually get the tanks attention but i'm not gonna post it ONE MORE TIME after its been posted 6-7 times already in this one thread......

Do people not understand your supposed to read the entire thread before replying???? If you don't have time to then don't waste your time replying.

I'd disagree with that one. I do that to distract the driver while a teammate stick C4 on and blows his ass to hell!

Not talking about punishers or so, but the guys who make me laugh.
Sometimes players are that stupid you can't believe it.
For example.


-Guy is shooting at you while he is hiding behind an explosive tank
-guy trows nade but bounces of on the wal back to him and probably some teammates:laugh:
-you are in a tank and someone starts shooting at your tank with his rifle
-jumping of high building without parashute

You dont have to shoot at a tank to distract them, simply letting them see you is enough unless there is a larger target, most tankers shoot at what they see. And besides, laying a mine on top of a tank is way more effective than C4, as soon as they move they are dead because the mine will roll over and there is no way to defuse it on top of the tank..

My policy is that I do not punish except for intentional Tk's or severe stupidity. I suggest everyone follow suit. It would make the game sooooo much more enjoyable.

I've also used Mines on the inside of Humvees, Blackhawks and of Course in front of the wheels of a jet. I do think the mines should take a little longer to place and they shouldn't be above ground so the enemy can easily see them. But man it is satisfying placing a Mine inside a blackhawk and 5 people hop in to go flag hop and they find themselves dead once the chopper slants and the mine turns over.

The people that drive me nuts are those friendlies that shoot me down when I take off in an attack chopper knowing my squad mate will be spawning in the copilot seat in moments. He loads the map a lot slower than I do.

When I try to explain to them that my squaddie is spawning in the seat, they just don't seem to understand...
