As I type this (21.19 GMT 1st Oct) His bf2s stats page says : Naz_The_Eternal is playing Daqing Oilfields on BF2C 24P Training Server. He is definitely an employee. Although, as I look now - his rank is Sergeant not Master Sergeant.

naz doesn't work for EA......he is a member of bf2combat.net. he got to test the new patch yesterday. He had 29,000 pts and was a sgt but after playing with the patch, he was promoted many times and got many unlocks. If you revert back to 1.02 after playing with the patch, it still keeps your stats. That is what you are seeing. It has happened to many of us. Maybe this will give you insight into what your new rank would be. I went from cpl to gunnery sgt in a matter of minutes with 3 more unlocks.
