I'm seconds from saying to hell with it. Ok, I'l make this quick, and before I do TY every1 for the insight.

Is there any1 out there with a radeon 9250 and 512 or 1G RAm that runs this game?

the game freakin says 8500 radeon or higher, is 9250 not a higher numerical than 8500? Am I going GD dyslexic, thanks EA for the $130 I just spent for jack :)

I make in thru the intro, it plays the video of the game like a dream, then when it gets to menu screen it freezes, the monitor tries to adjust and it CTD. Makes no sense, if it can run that video of the game WTF is the deal?

BTW, I have 512 MB RAM, and the 9250. These are the only borderline issues I have everything else is way above minimal. I already tried the VM thing and other stuff, NAda. Any advice is great, I'm guessing I gotta get a new Vid CArd, right? Thanks ALL

It doesnt support the shader ................... and i dont know if this game supports pci cards i have the 9250 on my other computer and i was building this one when it came out and it did the same thing that happend to you it wont run i was pretty ****ed to because it does say 8500 or higher but the shader on the 9250 does not support BF2

Ty bro, SO, 1, the 9250 won't run this game regardless right? and 2. someone who is running this game on a PCI slot, please reply and let me know there is hope. I do not want to go and blow more time and money on a different card if it wont work on PCI no matter what. Ty all

No, I have the 9250. Not sure how big a difference there is between the 2, but mine is a 9250.
