I had the gun bug once happen to me, also with a support gun, but i had the medic bug a couple of times, ussually when a medic dies, i pick up his kit and revive him, and i keep on hearing the healing sound.

I used to get it with arty too. Just part of the sound. The screatching sound before impact. And it would not stop. E V E R> Now that will make you cuss ea right there I guarantee it.

Doesn't seem to matter what class, although I have not heard a shotgun doing it. If you can talk to your squad mate, have him switch to pistol and back to primary weapon, this stops it as well.

There is also a sound bug when a gunner is in your tank and you get locked up by AT or airplane, the gunner will continue to think you are being locked up even when the threat is gone. The solution for him is to get out of the tank and back in again.

That second bug happens with the attack heli's as well.

Better solution than reducing your teams ticket by 1 needlessly.

Got that bug today, with an addition, got infront of a support guy with repeated sound bug, and got injured as real bullets would have come from the gun. Most have been a coincidence tho.

I hate the resupply sound when it gets looped.. its so fricken annoying!

O yes, this is a common one, especially on karkand with everyone firing weapons all around you, very annoying.

I had this last night...spent well over an hour messing around with my sound drivers thinking it was on my side of things, should of known better

Tell the player who's sound is repetitive to switch to granades or something

Just Switch To A Diferent Gun If It Happens O You, If Its A Friend, Tell Them To Switch To The Pistol And Back. Puff, Its Gone..

Except no one listens unless you get on VoIP and yell at them. So if they're not in a squad (which most aren't) then you can't tell them. Typing messages in game doesn't do a damn. I was yelling at a squad with text messages for a minute to get away from teh UAV I was trying to blow up.

I have been getting repeating 'grenade!!' alerts myself... about every second or so. Might be the same thing. Didn't notice it before 1.3
