i have my pad setup for flyin works great
give this setup a try
throttle and rudder on the left stick
pitch and roll on right stick
r1 for primary
r2 for secondary
l1 for ab
l2 for flares
x for ammo switch
o for camera switch

I am trying to configure my PS2 pad for flight as well, but it refuses to let me bind the horizontal axis on the left stick. This means I can't assign both pitch and roll to one stick, like you can with the mouse, and it makes flying impossible.

Any ideas on how to solve this, as I've seen a few posts here already say they've managed it?
