spotted in Egypt

Just back from Egypt, been there 2 weeks diving in red sea and visiting some things like piramids and temples.
When standing on the piramid site, there was a bunch of army choppers flying over see picture under here, and one of them was .... see pictures below.







So Egypt is a Land in the midle east, and they have the USMC chopper, lol .
And dam lots of AK 47's out there garding the tourists

I was in Egypt in my summer vacation. In the same city as the terror attack in Sharm El Sheikh was 3 days after we took home.

Those are real, he just used a high speed shutter.

rotors aren't spinning because they where flying into the sun, to much light and I had a shutter speeds of 1/2000 sec, image quality isn't perfect because it's a crop, I didn't had a tele lens with me, only a 100mm macro lens, so I had to use the macro lens , only other lens with me was a 17-40mm lens.

sorry, was 1/3200 sec shutter speed, camera was was still on TV mode with 6.3 aparture

Yes, Egypt is in Africa, but it's a Middle Eastern country. Everything about it is Middle eastern except location, which is still middle east.

That's again why Africa has never had a great nation, Egypt is in the same breath as Babylon, Persia. etc.

They are Marine Helicopters. The Army doesnt have the CH53, nor any variant of the Cobra any more.

So Egypt is a Land in the midle east, and they have the USMC chopper, lol

We have American Forces in Egypt (The aircraft that you photo'd are US) Noted by the subdued star/circle on your cobra pics)
