Easiest way to get ANY badge:

1. Become commander
2. Pull out whatever weapon in your kit you want to get a badge for
3. Kill people with artillery
4. Get badge

The people you kill with [Artillery] count with whatever kit/weapon you have out. So if you need to kill 18 people to get your Expert Pistol Badge, kill 18 people with artillery with your pistol out.

I hope they fix this 'glitch'...

I'm about tired of trying to get this badge. I will probably get even more frustrated when I try for the knife. The most kills I've gotten for planting C4 at a flag in a round is 6. It always seems when I have the C4 at a flag the opfor go to other flags and don't capture the one with my C4. Don't these people know I'm trying to get my explosives badge. The best method for me is using the car bomb. I have gotten 10 kills with it. The best was a heli was capping a flag and was real low. I drove up and boom 2 kills. Too bad it wasn't loaded up. I would have for sure got the badge. Peace Out!

I tried to get the badge the last few days by C4-ing the hell out of the first flag on Karkhand. My team was too good so the flag got taken quickly and I usually ended up a kill oder two short.
Yesterday I gave it a shot as a USMC sniper and finally got it after just rushing in the boxed in area just in front of the first Karkhand flag. I tried to drop both claymores in the area where the MEC troops tned to spawn. I got like 6-8 kills aside from a few pistol kills there.
After the first two flags were taken I got on the roof adjacent from the third flag and dropped my claymores at the spawnpoint. I also placed my mines on the starway leeding up to the long road in that area. This got me my remaing kills after a few minutes.
Pretty lame but it suited the cause. (In love and war...)

^^ i've tried also, but the guys i played with where blind and walked into my clays all the time, the only thing i got was punishes.

(I need the explosive, the knife and the vehicle badge, then i got all the basic badges)

you only get your basic kit combat badge for it, if you want to have, for example: the basic knife badge, you need to knife 7 people, not just kill them.

One other thing to note when planting C4. If you're squad leader you get to partially zoom in on the map, and if you're commander...even closer zoom.

So what I do is plant my C4 and hide...zoom in on the map...and if there is only one guy around...I don't detonate...I wait for more people to be around. (Unless of course it's your flag and you'll lose it if you don't blow it.)

One trick to planting C4...many have caught on to the hidden C4 in the base so they stay just close enough to begin capturing the flag...so when you plant, you may want to spread a few charges out so the baddie will still be in the blast area.

I tried this method on a full 64 man on Karkland.

I made Commander no prob chose Spec Op kit on the USMC side.
Found a good place in the rear spawn laid out a c4 on the floor and pulled out the detonator.
Got 49 kills with arty no badge.

Any other suggestions?

art kills dont count, only thing that counts with whats in your hands is when it says [Killed]
