Only the default (TGN Light) theme for now. Dark them is also coming back soon. Then CSN. Then Wrestlin' Nation. A lot of WIP stuff right now. There are a couple of things still not working either. Sorry.
i have the same video card and the first thing i did when got it was put the setting on high.
The only thing is that it lags in the first minute of the game after that it becomes better and doesnt lag any more, plus it takes longer to load and i got kind of tired of waiting so i just put it on meduim settings.
Besides that the 6600GT can handle BF2 on high settings
Ive got a amd 3000+, 1 gb 3200, and a eVGA 6600gt. I play on 1280 by 1024 with effects and terrain high, and the rest medium except the dynamics which are low. If i turned the resolution down, do you think ill be able to run everything high?
Most likely. I only run it at 1024 x 768 because I have a crappy monitor! When I get some more money I'll def get a new one which will support the higher res!
Hey for all you nVidia guys using 2xAA... try the Quincunx variety instead (set AA to 'off' in BF2 and then to 2xQ in your nVidia control panel). To me it looks a lot smoother, and there is little to no difference in fps compared to regular 2XAA.
i have P4 2.8ghz
1gb DDR RAM
6600GT
and i play it on 1024x768 medium with low lighting, shadows, synamic stuff.
i must have gotten a gay 6600gt... i feel ripped off....
Get another gig of ram, thats how I was able to get better settings, and faster load times. 2 gigs of ram is not a bad thing, plus its so cheap right now. :)
cheap if you have a job. But even with the 1000 help needed signs not one company will hire me. WTF? i dont have a criminal record, nor did i tell them i never leave my computer...
