Just came out of a game on Dragon Valley. Start of the map I jump in the attack chopper and I got a gunner. We go and try to cap a flag. We had to return for repairs. While I am getting repaired I am taking fire from the other attack chopper. I take off and he happens to be to my left and I just happen to take off in that direction.

Next thing I know it says I killed two people but teamkilled as well. I said sorry and then the guy proceeds to punish me. I asked him why he did it cause it was aaccident. He didn't answer so I initiated a kick vote and then he says, "Why are you kicking me when you are the who who tk'ed me ****." I told him that it was an accident again. He said, "Yeah, sure. I was on the helipad and it was an accident, retard." I told him that the debris from my chopper fell on him and it counted as a TK for me. He just kept making idiotic remarks.

I'm sorry, but if I knew where each and every person who lived that play this game and did that, I would go find them and beat the ever lovin' **** out of them. Seriously, I would do like in Jay and Silent Bob: get a plane ticket, fly to their house, and beat the crap out of them. I can't wait for the patch to fix this.

I know how it feels but to make you better: do the same as he did, force him to tk you 3/4 times and bye bye. You have such a great feeling after that

Samething happened to make last night, I said sorry 3-4 times. So I followed the dip around and tried to get TK'ed by him so I could punish him. It worked 3 times, I would run in front of his fire and get killed he TK'ed me and I punished =)

And I usually never punish, but last night I HAD it!!!

I mean a TK happen and if someone thought it was on purpose, which this guy probably did, he will punish. He has the right to do that in this game whether you like it or not, whether you can do anything about it or not.

I just find it lame you start a kickvote against him, he first get killed by you and now almost kicked by you. Perhaps not fair he punishes, but he didn't like to get killed either I suppose and probably didn't notice it was an accident.

Did you eve read what I wrote? I explained to him that it WAS an accident and he understood that but he didn't care. He was standing on the helipad and probably wanted the chopper. When I took off and crash into the other chopper (of curse I didn't see it) the debris from mine fell onto him and he punished me. He was probably mad that I got the chopper in the first place, even though he wasn't even there when I got it.

This guy Astro-Phonix or something like that abused the frigging system on me So I was piloting an attack chopper and the bugger cound't get in so he jumped at the chopper killing himself and then punished me for the TK and left the game. sad

The reality is there should be NO option to forgive or not forgive TeamKills. The reality is they happen, why give the dead virtual soldier a voice when he is nolonger alive? I mean if you killed a teammate you killed him. Accident or not. Why create an environment where folks argue over what happened? Useless option maybe? Otherwise, don't track TKs I guess, but these pleas for forgiveness seem odd, no?

Yes but in the game there are accidental TKs and Intentional ones. This is the only way to differentiate between the two. Sure it's not realistic, but did you stop playing the game the first time you died? Realism doesn't always work in a game, there have to be exceptions and this is one of them.

I personally tend to see if a person aplogises. If they don't I punish, if they do, I forgive.
