Think thats bad? i was in a server the other day where the same team were AT mining the runway ffs!!!

I've seen the same.
Guys of same team mining runways on carriers and on land, guys going to carrier's AA gun and firing against their oun teammates to blow planes and probably TK any1 to get in the spawn plane.
Why doesn't those guy go into a SP or offline to get their enjoy in planes and chopes?:p

I like the idea of having a ticket system... but id rather be able to lock a vehicle for 30 seconds at a time so that i can get out , repair and get back in or just get out do what ever i need to (place c4) and then get back in an drive off without someone stealing my ride or my squads ride.. which brings up another point, I hate it more than anything else when your tryin to transport your squad off to some place on the map and people get in and wont get out for your squad. There should be someway to tell what squad people are in when on the field without having to stop and check the scoreboard.

What is 'chopper whoring'?

Is that waiting for a chopper or killing others to get chopper or just hogging it for the whole game?

Is there a glossary of terms like this somewhere?

Not a great idea, killing the chopper/plane campers would be like shooting fish in a barrell - they wouldn't leave the hangar for fear of losing their ticket. Just pull up in a tank & they are easy kills Muahahahaha :)

I must admit I go out of my way to ruin the game for anyone who TKs me for a jet - Hydromorph(?) was the last one......Just kept on damaging his aircraft everytime he flew over the carrier or force him to TK me so he gets kicked. I hate people who TK for a poxy vehicle, sad muppets.

Just tell me something: if you have to wait long for a chopper it means its in good hands, isn't it? Why don't you take some other vehicle instead, and help your team as somebody already told you?

I don't wait, I spawn, check the map to see if any are flying if not then I wait if both are flying I'll move off.

Once I was called spawncamper for flying over PLA main on Dragon Valley after I shot down their chopper, only to see there there were 5!! ppl waiting for the chopper... BOOM. Easy kills. None of them cared to enter the IGLA 5 meters away....

I dont mind giving up the chopper. The thing that bites my arse is when the guy that gets in, crashes, not due to enemy fire, in less than 30 seconds. Then, returns to get it again...when a good pilot ( like myself and many others ) who can actually utilize the tool ( chopper and gunner ) to give cover fire for his troops and get rid of enemy vehicles, ect. I dont know what p[isses me off more, the crappy pilot or a gunner who doesnt even know what the TV missle is.

I like flying choppers and jets. However, there's no way I'd ever want to be a chopper or jet whore; too boring. I say if there are 4 people waiting on ONE attack chopper, that's poor teamwork, bad allocation of resources (men), and you just want to fly whether or not your team wins. So to hell with you, I hope an enemy jet comes along and bombs you into next week.

Thats the point, it is not first come first serve, you get there first and some fargin corksucker comes later and manages to get in first by either having a bionic E key or tk'ing you or some other dastardly trick:cry:

I APC whore. With that being said, I ususally score in the top 3 on my team, and almost always score 1st among the APC drivers. If someone just happens to get to the APC before me on a re-spawn, I will usually TK them. The reason is they are usually a newbe and don't have a clue, or they are using the APC for transportation, and leave it stranded on the map so it won't re-spawn. If the person is not going to contribute to the sucess of the team using a jet, tank or APC then they need to stay out of it. Most people who really care, see that your the one for the vehical, and let you have it for the sake of the team effort. Those that don't get a shotgun to the head.

Your the sort of player I try to avoid online. TK'ing for a vehicle is rather sad and pathetic.

I agree fully ..... "Newbies" as you call them deserve to utilise all vehicles within the game so that they can become as good as the APC driver obviously believes he is .. Everyone who pays for the game deserves to enjoy it... People who TK to get a vehicle and those who deliberately get TK'd because they want the vehicle really need to play on foot and try to get as good a score as they would do driving or flying ... Yes I fly a lot but I have come across a pleasant situation on more than one occasion where I have been flying or bombing and we have taken it in turns each time the plane spawns .. This is called common decency and courtesy and a few players may like to try and use these traits of human nature more often .. p.s. it's very rare I fly a helo as I'm totally pants at it so if I meet you in battle you can have it
