well .50 cal is pretty large...think of the m82..the barrel was made to retract when shot to lower the recoil...even somethign of that size

oh i forgot to mention... .50 cal doesnt have to be so powerful...think of the desert eagle in the matrix...neo gets shot but u dont see his body flung..he sortof stands there

Whatever type of gun and animal that was in the video, I feel disgusted by it. There is no way anything was salvageable after that hit. It looks as if they're killing the animals just to kill them. I hunt, but I eat the meat from anything I kill. Killing just for the sake of killing is for the mentally unstable.

Look I dont care if this has been posted before and I dont care if its in the wrong section, I dont care if its not a 50 cal gun and I dont care if they arnt goats so stfu noobs.

The reason I posted it was for peoples curiosity, to see a real example of how deadly a high velosity/high calibre bullit can be.

P.S

The person firing the gun is a hunter he is hunting thats what rifles of that kind are for lol.

its bad enough u people have to go out and seem to get kicks by shooting animals...we all know what a 50cal bullet will do no need to kill some poor animals just to prove it...not really impressed...

Yes the 50 cal rifle can do that kind of damage, that's why it is illegal to use againt's people. It is consider to shoot vehicles and light armor vehicles.

P.S. Is not the size of the bullet, but the energy it carries with it that does the damage.
