One thing to add:
A problem of all the tank busting methods is the fact u have to get out, and detonate which leaves time for u to get shot.
An alternative my brother uses, is to load the FAV up with c4; then shoot the vehicle until it only has a few blocks armour left; now all you have to do is pick up speed and jump out in the last second, because the crash will detonate the c4 for you as the car explodes on impact

i do a similar thing with crappy mec transport helicopters

move copter off pad, use 1 c4 to weaken it, then cover the nose with the rest.

get some height, Find blackhawk whores, aim, dive, and just before impact bail. then heckle.

sometimes i live but its good fun :)

hmm the one used for 'boosting' the buggy might actually be usefull as a diversion, movement plus sound is usually a surefire way of getting their attention, just keep a couple to finish off enemy armour and try to get out of sight within 3 seconds.. if he's got UAV support it'll be a futile gesture most likely too..

was just trying to fit in this suicide 'tactic' into something I would use.. though I'm toying with the thought of trying it anyway just for the hell of it once or twice

I usually don't weaken it, because most of the time my chopper will get shot at while following the blackhawk. On Songhua and Mastuur (two maps where this strategy is absolutely necessary to beat thost blackhawks), I would stick C4 onto the nose of the chopper and follow the blackhawk till they slow down to cap a flag, then dive into them. Make sure you dive into the body of the blackhawk or you'll just slide past them and crash

Oh, if you are flying and see a blackhawk go down (usually 5 or 6 enemy deaths simultaneously), immediately fly toward the blackhawk spawn. You can catch the BH team still on the pad and blow them up before they take off :laugh: Beware that this will seriously **** the other team off :p

Maybe there should be a separate guide for helicopter suicides...
