I LIKE IT. I've tried to do this with snipers...so I don't have to waste an arty strike on them...but never got one yet. But a helo...now that...I have got to try!

How 'bout this...Carrier Landing...(not in a VTOL)...I mean coming in fast, hitting the deck and slowing down before the end. I haven't been able to do this yet without crashing or going full throttle and taking off. So not even sure it will work. I've seen planes come in low and the landing gear drop...but...who knows?!?

Give me time. heh heh.

Taking a blackhawk from carrier, facing down the runway at a certain hieght and doing a backward loop to come in under the carrier where the boats are. All in one loop. Not really that practical, but a good stunt to scare team mates. When i have time, will make a vid.:box:

I doubt i invented this, or the idea of it, but it was a pretty cool feeling i had when I actually did it.

When a low flying helo is flying by and you are very close to it, throw a c4 on it, if you hit it you can blow it up. When I first did it on Kubra I was standing on top of the dam watching for enemies and then when it flew past I jumped up and managed to get a c4 on it, I detonated it and blew it out of the sky.

This refers to a previous post, You place c4 on enemy planes and helos and wait for them to fly by and detonate the c4. That is if you stay alive long enough. Stops those troublesome BH from racking up the kills if your quick enough.

Self blackhawk gunning...
On those 32 or 64 sized maps.. where no one really takes a blackhawk, either load it with c4 and take out something :p Or fly strait and moderately high, and change seats Viola, mow down people for a few seconds.. and switch back. I've been a little cheapass with this before and gunned down the enemy helo pilot chasing me :laugh:

Aside that, you all have mentioned it before, planting a blackhawk in the most obscure place, like on the oil tower on mastuur... and gunning everything that moves

Self tv cams(not stationary). Tired of having crappy gunners? I just do it for myself, and get 6 kills off a full blackhawk leaving the carrier.

I 1st tried this when I just couldnt get to this sniper on a roof.

As a spec ops I loaded my blackhawk up with c4 and changed to the detonator before I got in, made a real fast and hard landing behind the sniper to minimise the time he had to stand up and run.

Asoon as I jumped out I had detonator in hand, then I blew the lot including him and myself, it is suicide but so is loading a fav with c4 most the time.

I have tried it with mixed success on tanks and apcs, but its always fun, more fun when its with people you know and they laugh.

Actually try switching to one of the passenger seats instead (F4-F6). This way you won't run over yourself when you blow your C4.

I find putting c4 on a jeep or car then steering it into the middle of a group of tanks or soldiers very effective. If you get blown up before you set off the c4 the c4 explode as well so ussually if your good at it you can get 3-4 kills for every on of your deaths doing it.

When sniping at close/medium range and some target is running, sprinting and generally being a damn hard shot I unload my silenced pistol at him and the grond nearby, if he hits the deck from being hit or hearing bullets fall all around him I switch to the rifle and skull him. Especially effective if he gets hit by a bullet as the m95 and occationally m24 will finish him right off. (unless it's a sneaky medic)

This is a variation on the common snipe->pistol combo. I'm sure people are already doing this, but doing it this way around has multiple advantages such as starting with the silenced gun and taking advantage of the pistols firerate/magazine to hit a moving target.

Another thing I do when in armor as an engineer. If I get pounded in a head-on meet with something be it other tanks, apcs or entrenced AT infantry i pop smoke and go back maybe 5-10 metres and repair. I've never had anyone try to pursue me through the smoke so far.

This is my secret trick I was watin to see if anyone else claimed it, cause its mine.

I like to walk the pipelines no one ever looks up there and I have actually walked over the top of and c-4ed armor from there, good place to snipe, do the anti-tank thing etc. Red

I've recently invented shooting LGB's in a F15 with no-copilot (you are pilot and then switch).

The Trojan Hawk -

When you have a blackhawk and nobody around to shoot the guns, spawn as Spec Ops and load the thing full of C4. Then fly to an enemy CP, get out, and wait for someone to try to steal it. Once they are in - BOOM!!!!

Then the heli spawns back at your base where it should.
