You could always power cycle everything. That is turn off all computers. Then pull the power (or hit the power button) on the router and cable modem. Leave them sit for 2-5 minutes. Come back.
Plug in the modem wait till the lights are all on.
Plug in the router, wait for the lights.
Turn on the computer.
Also you may want to try just calling up the router. Usually just type "192.186.1.1" into your internet browser.
