Gotta wonder how long EA will let that server stay ranked since you've removed the artillary from the game.

but, yes I would LOVE to disable commander mode on my ranked
server if I could, but my GSP wont allow me to..

If it's a ranked server then they didn't disable it, they just warn people on joining that you can't use arty and if you do you get kicked.
