All I have to ask is this: If 32 players jump into a Server Named Joes Killing Room and one dude says "Hey y'all let us have a big Knife Fight!" and every member says 'Right on Dude" then what???? OMG Mommy Jimmy was statpadding today and he made Cpl. before me I am telling EA. Some of you guys need lives. I dont care if 1000 players play on ranked server that have knives and pistols only and get a badge before me, your right its a game, and I do have some issues with it not being "Real" and as a Ex Marine Sniper I know what I am taking about, but I remind my self this is a game, so have fun. If you dont like the Knifes and pistols only servers stay out of them. Worry about your own points, and feel the honor in getting them the right way. This is a free Internet and if players want a Knife fight go for it. EA is crap, If they have an issue with this then they need to provide servers for Free, Hire Admins and then they can worry about rules and such, A lot of clans are paying for these ranked servers ea is not tossing in any cash, why can they make a rule saying no knife only servers god. Anyway I feel like a Knife fight so I am going to Joes killing Room, Join me if you are interested!

EA do provide free adminned servers.

Its hilarious how EA is now "cracking down" on these servers that really dont exploit...They offer a pistol or knife only server. You still have to kill someone with a pistol or a knife lol. When all you really need is two clan members on opposing teams going off to some remote place and letting them kill eachother 37 times with c4 or 18 times with a knife or pistol.

I want a free server with admin controls and my clans name attached but I also want a server with a EA Admin on duty. Again if you dont like it dont go in them, are you all that worried about your stats that you would stop people from enjoying the game they paid for? Face it there are peeps out there that like the skill of Knife fighting, So they flock to a server. No one makes people join the servers, If the name States "Knifes and Pistols Only" Or 24/7 Gulf of Oman then I would expect in joining those servers and playing with Knifes and Pistols or Playing Gulf of Oman all night. In no way is the server "Moded" If thats the case then I want all the servers playing 24/7 Anything shut down because they are forcing me to Play just that map. Again to get to my point, If you dont want to Play with Just Knifes dont join a Server with a Name of Knifes Only, if you dont want to play Gulf of Oman all night then dont Join a Server that plays just Gulf of Oman.

I gave you a link to the main UK server provider....possibly the only one... where one of their head admins has posted the e-mail they received on their forum.

As I said I have sent an e-mail to EA too to try and get them to put it in a news post and just mention stat padding in general because there are still people who think 3 people knifing and reviving in a corner of the map is ok.....

So wait, All the players that use M203s and the support guns or any weapon in fact are all stat paddlers! Damn Now he have No game to play or servers to play on because Mr. Harry Ballz always Plays in a LAV Mike Hunt only uses the G3 and Mrs. Ivana Amandahug is Always using the M16a1.... Truth is some of you are mad because guys have more Knife Kills and Pistol Kills and Shock Paddle Kills then you do. I talked to Trinity Servers and they did not get the "Hey Guys" Email.. Stop woring about your stats and if you are ubber or not, If you guys that were all against this Knifes and Pistols only Servers were helping to Pay for the "Offenders" Server then Yeah I would agree with you, but your not helping to pay for them and I think the ones that have the Cash going into the Servers and the Players that Join the "Only" Servers and agree to the Rules have the right to run them. If I start up a "You can only use Rifles" Server are you going to complain????

If the case that knife/pistol only is modding the rules, why doesnt EA go after the countless clan servers where clans kick people for getting in vehicles they want? or servers where on Mashtuur city, 2 clans fly around in the blackhawks capping flags in circles? i mean its the same thing. these servers, in your mind, restrict rules dont they? i guess its much easier for EA to go after an easy target like knife/pistol servers cause they are much easier to find and they dont have to put in real work finding actual stat padders, when in reality, these servers are set up to avoid stat padding from occuring (at least in the good ones). and its much easier to satisfy the fanboys on this thread doing something like this, cause it shows that EA is doing something. how sad

Do these servers advertise as such? Those clans that do that are even worse than you guys. You do it supposedly for fun but you still change, modify, or mod the rules. Those clans are clearly wrong, and also a different situation. You cant base your argument on someone else's wrong doing. Just cause billy is breaking the rules dose not mean tommy can too.

The i guess we're gonna have to strip the accounts of all those admins that dont allow spawn camping, cause they are implementing rules to the game that werent programmed into it... if the EA/DICE didnt want spawncamping, they would have implemented an anti-spawn camping routine in the game. so lets have EA ban half the community for going to the knife pistol servers, then lameasse hypocrites like you who say imposing rules contrary to what is programmed into the game is bad, yet strictly enforce your own anti-spawn camping bull****.
