There is an option in the bf2editor to have a spawn as paratrooper. I have expiramented with it. It will spawn you free falling but you still have to hammer the 9 key to open your chute. I dont know if they intended it that way or I am doing something wrong. Will report back if i find anything else out.

and thought, if they had made the free falling so good, why not use it better, ie a map, travelling to the flag as a falling squad would rock !

edit: you can do it by being squad leader and taking a black hawk up really high and when your squad spawn in the heli (have you selected as spawn point) they can jump out and when they respawn next do it again and again ...

Great if EA doesn't do it, maybe a mod will!

I havent played any of the other games mentioned with mobile spawn points etc. , but this sounds like a great idea. As mentioned above, if its not in an official expansion pack then a community mod will probably feature it.
