Re: what the hell....
Did you adjust all of those settings you need to do in the BIOS? FSB, clock multiplier etc.

Re: what the hell....
- Recommended Specification:
CPU: 2.4 Ghz
RAM: 1 Gb
Video Card with at least 256 Mb of RAM

nothing is faster at all its all the same and i know the basic requirements but you think if i upgrade that it would at least make a diffrence if i literaly doubled the speed

Re: what the hell....
Your amount of ram is the problem, BF2 isn't a real CPU crusher, more a RAM and vid card .
What are your settings ??

Re: what the hell....
Did you do what Jarme suggested and check your FSB? You could be running at a lower setting (lik 133) when your cpu might need something more (like 200).

Re: what the hell....
Remember that 2.2Ghz Is the AMD Standard.. So they would have to say something like "2.4Ghz Intel, or an 2400+ AMD" - Since he has 2800+ Which is around about equivalent to a 2.8ghz Intel he is okOriginally posted by Inco- Recommended Specification:

As for the RAM, It should still run ok on LOW

Re: what the hell....
Yeah, i have a 3200+ at 2.0ghz, and i easily beat my old comps P4 2.8ghz processor. AMD now proves that the clock speed isn't the only thing to look at when buying processors.Originally posted by Flying VortexRemember that 2.2Ghz Is the AMD Standard.. LOl these people that still don't know the difference in Pentium and AMD, his CPU is well inside the specs needed, 2.4 Pentium is not as fast as the 2800+ AMD.Originally posted by Inco- Recommended Specification:

Yeh well since AMD Use a different Clock Rate you can't compare the Intel Ratings to the AMD ones.. Completely differentOriginally posted by Eddy01741Yeah, i have a 3200+ at 2.0ghz, and i easily beat my old comps P4 2.8ghz processor.
