FLYWAY - whenever you get on a map- press N a couple times until you can see (almost) all of the map.. your problem is most likely the little map is zoomed into your location.. press N and you will be able to see (for the most part) wherever an enemy is when someone points it out. (works GREAT for support soldiers - as a medic - im usually always 1st (actually 2nd) to know a flag is going to be capped because someone will die at it (and of course be ALONE and NOT spot the enemy) i'll see the bolt symbol.. and go kick some ass :-) )

I use the spotted all the time, but it's best when combined with Ventrilo.

FlyWay -- If I have a moment I pop up the full map (Cap Locks or Tab key I can't remember which..) Just to get an idea of where all the action is and which direction they are probably going

Keep in mind that they're not usually within the little default circle map either. You'll more than likely have to press M to see the whole map to see where they are. On the other hand, if they're not within your circle, they're probably not an imminent threat anyway, unless it's an aircraft.

Usually i know where the action is... but when anyone warns a spotted threat, we should take precautions... that's my probs, don't know where from it cames.
