there are unranked server wit hthe guns unlcked but i dont know the ip to any,

There is some servers like that but very few I think cos I ve never seen one and so didnt many people in this fourum

does demo interfere with retail at all?...doubting it but j/w...cause I cant go online with retail right now, my registration file disappeared, and cant go online because of it...can cant reinstall b/c I lost manual+cd key (lame I know) and unless anyone has a way for me to play online with a crack or some sort or fake ergc file, I gotta get teh demo! lol

it installs to a different folder so no... When I got BF2 i was to excited too uninstall the demo so i had the demo and retail version side to side for a time.

1. play the demo with the unlock cheat
2. play bf2 UNPATCHED with the unlock cheat
3. use something like ASE and join an UNRANKED server with global unlocks set to 1

Try www.game-monitor.com and search for Global Unlocks in the server name area with Bf2. Might work, but some servers say they have GU:1, but don't really.

that just means that you can use your unlocked weapons on that server. Not all unlocks are unlocked for everyone.

I still don't understand why DiCE decided to disable the SP unlock hack. Seems like a rather underhanded thing to do...

Yea, global unlocks is for unranked servers. If it's on, you can use the unlocks that the account you're playing with has. If it's off, no one uses unlocked weapons (so that players that only play on unranked servers don't have a "disadvantage").
