I'm going to open a new account just to play on these PISTOL / KNIFE servers lol, its way too funny sometimes.

But it sure get's boring after some time, specially if its a knife only round

Unfortunately there are people playing on this server only to rack up points, but anyway, let them do what they wish, its their problem.

Seriously listening to all the little girls whine and cry about points here is unbelievable :cry: who cares who has the most points or whatever this is just a game for crying out loud....

If people are that obbsessed about points rank etc go play WoW...

Dude, buy a brain, precisely the ones that are stressed about points are the stat padders and the loosers you defend, that will do anything like **** in this servers with the knife to gain their points.

probabl a knife only server.

i hope in the next ptach they make it so when you die you can only get revived once, and if you get killed again you cant be revived until you respawn 15 seconds later

Hmm, i want to try out a server like that, i want to see how easily it is to kill someone. Ive never actually seen people stat padding so that will be a new one.

I have gotten over 400pts a round without reviving/healing etc. Just get in the gunner spot of a BH as support and let the points flow. All the people in the back start chuckin nades and is ammo pt after ammo pt. Combine this with you kills and flag caps as a BH gunner who iks whorin and you got a serious score

Just as bad as a knife revive imo, infact that is worse ... you are stat padding but trying to hide it :P, least on a server like that with enforced knife only rules they are blatently padding thier stats.

IF they wanna do a knife only server ... ban reviving as well, then the scores are also down, but then there would be no point in it really .. apart from a laugh.

Pistol/knife (still get good ranged kills ... and I enjoy the pistol immensely :P) only servers are quite fun but Knife-padle servers are just blatent padding, not that there are any Knife/pistol servers now ... best I get is when we are waiting on others to join our server and have a laugh by trying to gun each other down with pistols and grenades.

Just my 2 cent for those who defend knife/pistol only servers:
wouldn't it be 100 times more fun to run a "pure infantry" server? I mean citymaps only, no vehicles at all. Oh, yes, it would be 100 times more fun. Why no such server exists? Cos you could't archive significantly greater scores. So I think the reason of the existence of K/P servers is not fun, it's the padding. For those who say the first post's pic is not padding: compare the number of kills with the opposing teams death. You will see an extreme difference. That difference is the number of revives. Compare this revive number to a "normal" server's revive count and you will see the difference.
That's called padding. Creating rules that do not make the game experience better, but lets everyone archieve extreme scores. Pure padding. This "just for fun" defense is ridiculous.

There are quite some names in there, life a guy, WOLF fibbis of who i can say he is one of the worst admins i´ve seen. He admins a 24/7 karkand server and he is a tank whore itself.

Do you wanna know what he does??

HE sits in American APC in the main road to the first flag, asks for supply drop and is constantly shooting at ppl at main road, when he is damage he repairs and back again the same story.

When he sees an enemy apc por tank coming he just goes away.

Great teamwork huh??

Agreed...if its only for fun make them non-ranked servers...simple, then everyone is happy. Except of course the padders.

Well you have to remember that there wouldn't be padders if it weren't so hard to go up ranks. I know at this point that without padding I will never get to sargeant(?) so I might as well be happy with the weapons I have unlocked. If they did make it easier to go up ranks then the game would maintain people's interest because they would try to work for the guns because they would know they could get them, as opposed to now, where the casual gamer (read:not a fanatic) would be lucky to get all of the weapons within 2 years.

time for me to say something :P

i posted on the EA games forum that i was on one of those server (there is a topic about me) that i only was checking it out to see how it is and i know now that its very lame is you are on that server the hole day... likt i said on that forum i prefer the i3d and a9 servers.

and for the one who took this screenshot. you want my stats reset. but you dont dare to show your own name... thats pathetic if you ask me..

(owww lets send this to EA so his stats are going to be reset but im gonna hide my name otherwise my stats are being reset 2!!)

but wait there is more and im gonna post it! still ppl call me a tankwhore right? tell that to the one that is first on the tankboard.... im in 90/100 place and im a tankwhore... but the no.1 on that boards isnt. think before you say something
