The A-10 is literally built around the minigun that it uses. That gun is a monster compared to what is on a BH in real life. Really crappy comparison.

I don't think anyone in their right mind would argue how powerful the real minigun is. The main argument I see is the fact that the Blackhawk armor is nowhere near what is like in real life. Go watch Blackhawk Down on DVD. Based off a true story that happened in Somolia around 1993. If an RPG can take down a BH in real life, then the main gun on my tank should decimate it in game.

Huey has two rotors. That's the main reason they are so loud. The pitch on the two rotors is more severe, causing it to Chop through the air making the noise it does.

You know why the Blackhawks are so dominant in BF2? It's because the Gatling gun is modeled after the real thing. Want proof? See the video. It's just over 3 minutes of live demonstration.

Thanks m8 for the awnser the people at my work said it had four rotors and i said with two other guys it were just two rotors.

Well, as mentioned above, I think we now know why the A-10's weapon is called a "Cannon" and everything else is just a minigun.
