You guys can defend EA all you want, with your checkbooks out waiting to pre-order the expansion pack. But it's still false advertising, and bad business.

Meh, if EA gets all the bugs sorted out and adds just a tiny bit more realism I'd be happy. If they add wandering civilians in the city maps that if you kill you get teampoints deducted, I'd be even happier. It's funny how every city in BF2 is a ghost town.

Yep the first thing I would do as a cilvilian is get the family together, hitch up the mule and buggy and go walking out in the middle of a fire fight. Heck, maybe even a street party and get the whole village there. LOL

Sorry, not realistic at all. The first things civs do is get the heck out of Dodge.

Yea if you watch any news footage of when the military is putting on a major offensive in Iraq you will mostly notice the places are ghost towns. People either hide and don't move or just get the hell out except for the actual insurgents.
