Some tips for Nvidia 6800GT users , from my own experience:
in game video setting: texture/shadow/light should be medium if you have less than 1.5GB memory;
windows display setting-performance and quality setting: choose Quality(driver default,enabling trilinear optimization), not High Quality. This greatly increased my in game fps without losing any eyecandy.
The main technical issue troubling me now is the lag with 64 players, which only occurs when i am in a transport(any vehicle or plane). It becomes slideshow when i have a seat. Strange.
