IMO, without nightvision it wouldn't be as visually interesting or realistic. But, i still would like the alternative or the option for hosts to choose time of day.

night maps would be boring

since its too dark to see you'll need to turn ur screen white or orange

and thats like day map with only white or orange color

Night maps usually have night vision/thermal goggles that you can wear, or at least certain kits can wear.

They gotta have the flashlight option as well.

There's a mini-mod being developed that converts some of the maps to night time.

i think it would be cool to have flares. that only last for 2 minutes. and maybe trip flares like if any enemy is coming they trip the flare and they get lit up then you tear em up with machine gun fire

yea! i think it would make gameplay more intense and more strategic. and like if you throw a flare and your enemy is using night vision your ass is blinded!
