I have gone head to head with the DAO with my Jackhammer.
I've survived more times than they have. Full Auto is nice in those cases.

Running into a squad is not much fun. I've taken out three with one magazine.
Often times I run away or start with grenades if there are more than two.

Funny thing is, you can shoot faster with the DAO than the auto Jackhammer. Of course, the Jackhammer does slightly more damage.

I unlocked the DAO. I play AT, it's the biggest upgrade, and I like having a lot of ammo for it.

Don't forget that by playing as an AT, you get to have armor. And like the guy above said, you can shoot faster with the DAO than with the jackhammer's full auto. In a head to head match with an engineer, I always win.

yeah, and you lose stamina, which is wonderful when you're trying to close a gap between you and an enemy.

I've gone L8, G36c, PKM and my next choice is the G3, I can't use the shotties to save my life, but been killed by them enough. :)

I have been playing mostly Engineer class now, and im soon getting my next unlock. Question is, if the jackhammer is that much of an improvement over the other shotguns? I ask cause I was supposed to get the G36c before, but now as I said, mostly use the Engineer class...

I have unlocked both the DAO and the Jackhammer. I have about 10,000 more points of experience with the DAO, thus I kill with it better. But I am all about the shotguns. IMO, all the rifles suck in comparison. I like not having to AIM as much, just point in the general direction and click.

AT kit is my attack mood :box:
