Good point from the admin. If you know of Hack sites, which do exist BTW, then bug EA, DICE and PB to have them brought down. These sites are well organised and subscirber only. Updates are frequently provided and the sites unbelievably easy to find. Community don't be naieve to this. If you think someone is hacking take their ID and follow them around a couple of maps and servers using one of the game sites that let you track other players. Take some screen shots and even use FRAPS if you like. Then report them to EA, DICE and PB. Don't just yell cheat without providing the evidence. Thankfully I have only experienced this a couple of times and remember it's probably a kiddie. If not then it's the saddest of the sad adults out there. For those of you who don't beleive that these sights exist please remeber to have your letters to Santa posted by 30th of November this year. :p

I was playing in a server earlier and i was using the anti tank kit and some guy came up to my flag on foot this guy had to be a total moron but he had to have had hacks because i shot him 2 times with the AT weapon and then pulled out my pistol and emptied a clip into him all while he was laying on the groung right in front of me i know i wasn't missing because every time i shot him his body twitched he finally died when i pulled my knife out and knifed him twice

not only was this going on but in the same server some other retard was flying a cobra and he was hover capping my flag and every time i would shoot at his chopper with my AT weapon i would hear some weird sound and the rocket would just go right through the cobra i understand lag but no amount of lag could account for that

then later on i got into a server where i was sniping on karkand i was doing good until some guy got in and took a support kit and he had to have had an aimbot it was a 64 man map and i was laying across the river from him behind one of those concrete blocks and he's just blasting away at the concrete while i was under cover so when he stopped firing i figured to reload i rolled out and tried to snipe him and just before i died i saw the muzzle flash from his M249 thats all i could see here again i could understand the commander spotting me out but if i couldn't see him through my scope there's no way he could have been able to see me thats why he kept shooting the block i could have stayed there the whole match but what fun is that

this is getting very aggrivating for me and i'm almost to the point i either want to give up playing the game or get my own hacks just so i can compete i've never hacked in anything and i never will but i'm just extremely frustrated

there ain't to many hacks out for BF2 and I havent seen many, it are the glitches and bugs who make those things possible and ruin the game

Lots of little glitches and stuff.

The other night, on many different servers, the stationary tow missles.... wouldnt shoot. Oh i pulled the trigger...but nothing. I jumped out a few times, and a bud would get in, and he would shoot it. But i couldnt...the whole night. Arghh. Probally a connection thing.

You can cheat at any internet game, intercept packets, delete files, modify files ect.. and there isnt much anyone can do but put up a big wall to stop the littler cheaters getting through. Unless we have microsoft go uber mad and put spymonitors into our software (if they havnt already!)

the hacks are comming from forums and are selfmade by each new patch release so to be honest theres nothing you can do about it. each firewalled program can be penetrated.. if you know what i mean for each lock is a key
cheats are like name tags, you see everyone very bright no terrian, see throug things etc.

but if you cheat you will get into trouble sometime..
so didi my noobish friend cos he sucks lol in halflife 1 then though

Looking at your stats you do seem to be a bit of a bullet magnet though... just bear in mind that you only remember your bad luck and not all the other times where you shoot off a burst and get three head shots...

Not, just kidding. Yeah, that's odd, I will say lag has more to do with this game then more would think. Up until a month and a half ago I was playing on this really old, poor PC. All the time BS would happen such that you described (but WAY less extreme). Then, I got a new PC and all the sudden I was on the other side of that same BS. Then, about a month through, I decided to turn up my resolution, and all of the sudden I started having the same things happening to me as I did with my old PC.

Your cases, though, are very extreme, and I seriously doubt was lag. The final one is pretty easy to explain though. He may have had a higher view distance scale than you, or you may have been spotted/UAVed previously and he was spraying fire in your direction. That SAW is so inaccurate yet able to keep firing for such a long time that it really doesn't matter if you can see the guy or not.

I have never seen a God Mode hack EVER. This goes for Counter Strike also. There is no such thing! Only way to have this 'God Mode' is for the admin to turn it on or to actually give it to another player. No other way. Its impossible. Now as for radar hacks etc. Sure they exist. You just have to hope that PB is doing its job. Most true hackers usually do not make it obvious. They also don't hand out their hacks. Otherwise PB finds a means of correcting the issue. Some hackers get bored and then put it on public websites. Then they are for sure to have them turned into PB.

Just play and hope for the best. Thats all I can say. Play more on ranked servers vs. non ranked. You will find more hackers on non ranked as they don't really care about stats.

2. Go play counterStrike if you want to see hacks.

I keep seeing people say report them to EA or PB,or keep using the hack so you can buy a new game.....


Do people not realize that in Battlefield 2 a cheat infraction only results in a 2 min ban? You can cheat and get caught everyday 50 times a day,and all you will ever get is a 2 min ban.

There is no Global CD key ban in BF2,you get caught cheating by PB you get kicked from the server and banned for 2 min.If you try and circumvent PB then you recieve a hardware ban,which results in global banning from all PB games,and buying a new CD won't fix that.


People should have complained when EA announced this but I think it went under most peopels radar.The fact is,when all a cheater gets is a 2 min break from the game,there is no reason at all said cheater should fear cheating at all,Most PB games ban the account,EA in thier infinite wisdom decided against this.
