Should I kill the Team Killer?

Anything you do to respond (TK him back or make him TK you) is ridiculous, your just making yourself as much of a problem is he was, and winding the obnoxious little kid up even more, its not going to teach them a lesson IMHO they are all just attention seekers and you give them what they want regardless of who's TK'ing who. Not to even mention all the innocent passers by that get caught up in the vendetta (eg you shooting at him and hit someone else or vice versa, starting someone else off on one usually)

There is only one sensible thing to do when someone is an ass or TK'er..... Spawn somewhere else and ignore him, griefers almost never have the patience to pick on one person, especially if it takes finding them as well (certainly not the way over the top stalking that that other thread talks about) and he isnt your problem any more, if everyone did this he would leave, simple. If it dosent work and you still are annoyed by him, then leave the server and join one of the many others.

If all else fails, put your hand in your pocket and rent your owned ranked or unranked server with a few mates, no griefers ever then with admin.

In a perfect world that would be great, my problem is that I play late at night, or early morning when there tends to be less admins and more freaks.

im afraid i snapped yesterday, i normally would not retaliate for being Tk'd. However when i got in my nice new shining jet. And a teamate (I use that term loosly) layed C4 out infront of my runway with a menacing look in his eye. Something snapped, lukily i was on a server with no punish so I just tk'd and C4d him for a long period of time.

Well until my score became so in the minus, the sheer fear of an EA big wig seeing my score and globally banning me, forced me to leave :)

Of course im not proud of my actions, but deep down i have no morale's so in fact i couldnt care less muhaha

No they'll just punish you for TKing. If you want to annoy them, follow them around and jump infront of their fire all the time, and then punish them. Better yet, do it with a seperate character like someone else (forgot his name) did when a TKer pissed him off. That way you dont get the deaths on your stats.

i had this guy who while i was waiting for the plane always tk'd me, thing was he tk'd me 3 time befor ei started tking back, so we had a sdmall war and because he was so retarded to watch his score while i was -6 he was -20 and got kicked and banned AHAHAHAHAHA

The problem witk TK'ers is that the accidental get treated like intentional.
I will openly admit "accidental tk's".
Those that deny the fact are BS artists.
Its the intentional ones that need dealing with, and harshly i believe.
Like the posts here above me, i bet there isnt a single one person that hasnt accidently taken "freind" out in the heat of the moment thinking that they were "Foe".

I have even noticed that a successful round of play with no team kills, still results in a neg score somewhere and somehow.
There are just too many bugs at this stage, for which i would account some of these negative scores being a result of.
A fellow forum member has seen this bug first hand, a team player changin colours and skin when a "Foe's" kit has been swapped.
This could contribute majorly in such scores IMO.
I have been wasted many a time, just darting round a corner, only to stare down the barrel of a freindly pump action shotty.
I always get team msgs of apologies and normally wait a little while b4 hittin the ol 'Page Up' key.
Others DONT HESITATE, at least give offenders the chance to apologise me thinks.
Innocent casualties are what makes war WAR, unavoidable.

I never TK TK'ers. Its often what they want you to do. They are normally trying to start TK'ing fights amongst their own team and ruin everyones scores. This is their goal so why let them win? I just ignore them. When you don't even react to them shooting you this is the last thing they want.

Their absolutly perfect victim will TK them back and then get into a slanging match with them via in game chat. Its called raging

On the plus side although I have been TK'd on purpose for my weapon once in BF2 I have actually seen very little deliberate all out TK'ing.

Want to extract revenge without jacking up your stats. Just relog with a new account and go get 'em. I do. This way your score and name aren't tarnished with the vile act of the TK. Then find another server. hehe
