Ive been unfortunate enough to find myself on quite a few servers lateley that have had TK'ers on them. Usually I ignore them and wait for the vote, but a lot of times theres not enough people to vote them off.
So I sometimes shoot back, which of course ends up with ME being kicked for TKing.
No they'll just punish you for TKing. If you want to annoy them, follow them around and jump infront of their fire all the time, and then punish them. Better yet, do it with a seperate character like someone else (forgot his name) did when a TKer pissed him off. That way you dont get the deaths on your stats.
What praetorian145 said. Don't kill the team killer, it'll only hurt you. Instead jump in front of their fire and get shot and punish them.
Alternatively, you can get a feel for your pistol's damage and shoot him just enough not to kill him, so the slightest shot from an enemy or fall will kill him.
There are too many of these ****ers ruining the game. I'm always getting TK'ed as a sniper for the M95 I don't have. Now, when I'm specops, I'm getting killed for my G36C.
I always kill a TKer who has killed me on purpose. Take a situation that happened tonight...
My clanmate and I had a plan to get in the attack helo and take the enemy main base. When the game started, he made it to the helo in the pilot seat, but some other guy made it to the gunner. My clanmate gave the "Jump Out" order while I waited next to the helo. Instead of the guy jumping out, he turns the guns on me and TKs me.
I spawn back in the game but the guy never jumped out after repeaded asked to by the pilot (clanmate). I told my clanmate to let him have the chopper.. Less then a second after my clanmate jumped out, he jumped in the pilot seat and took off. After he got a good 50-70feet in the air, I gave him a sample of what 3 bags of C4 taste like... The helo respawned before he made it back to the helo pad, and my clanmate and I were already airbone.
You can't let TKers live. They are asses and deserve to die and it's worth an eye for an eye.

That's the best way to deal with them. Be all over them like a rash, get in their way when they fire, jump in front of their vehicle, bunny hop up and down in front of them until they kill you. Then...smile and hit the page up button.
As I spawn next to him, I find him lying prone on a hill waiting to snipe someone. I pull out my C4 packs and drop them all around him. He gets up and looks at me in disbelief. He stares at me for five seconds
