Actually, it answers the question why it took so long to find...WHO THE HELL would think shooting at a tire would blow up a helo?

Anyway...I like the idea of having a hard spot to hit...because...I've been practicing my helo whorin'.

As long as it's hovering hitting the wheel shouldn't be too much of a problem. If it's true then I wonder why it took so long to discover?

hahaha... just found out this only works if the blackhawk IS ON THE GROUND!

had my friend fly a hawk and hover a little over above me and i tried shooting the same spot that i successfully shot at and it doesn't blow up the 'hawk!

don't believe me? try it. tell a friend to hover above you and shoot the same spot. it won't blow up or even cause half damage.

EDIT: also it seems vehicles on the ground (especially if UNOCCUPIED) is far easier to blow up. again, all it takes is 5 minutes and a friend to try it.

While we have no way of knowing if the BH was already damaged at laest this one was destroyed in the air.

Yes, this definately works on the ground. However I wouldn't go running off thinking that the BwHoring has been fixed just yet.

I had a friend hover the BH about 20 feet off the ground while I tried to shoot the wheel. Unfortunately I couldn't replicate that kind of damage while it was in the air. It took awhile as it was a virtually impossible shot to make even when I was not under fire and my friend was acting like a sitting duck!

Oh well, not to worry. The patch that hopefully puts a stop to the BH should be here soon. (fingers crossed)

hmmm, wow well anyone else have the problem while driving a tank and you bump a tele.pole, immediatly explode? happens to me all the time on Strike at Karkand left past the bridge heading away from Mec main, the pole @ the corner. :-(
