as i said before in some other threads, this gun isnt very good. it is suppose to be really accurate because it is in the bullpup configuration. whitch means that you load the clip from behind the triger. what this does is allows a person to have a long barrel for increased accuracy, but tucks it back so it can still be easy to use for fast targeting. that you cant have with a 2 ft barrled sticking out in frount of you. thats why the G36c is short, so you can use it CQB. you can target faster with a shorter barrel. but you loose accuracy at farther distances. but the Bullpup configuration allows both.
the thing is, EA should have made the Recoil move the sight's, and not just have the bullets become more random in pattern the faster you shoot.

Well, bullpup also makes the back of the gun heavier, and that eans more recoil. The only reallly sucessful bullpup AR i know is the Aug. I prefer convential config, why, because bullpup isn't the most sucessful configuration so far, i'm going with the proven combat experience of the older conventional rifles. Plus the thing is dang heavy, it's as heavy as an AK-47, that really sux, plus pure unreliability just kills it in real life. I prefer the M16A2 anyday.

There is a reason why nations with professional armies dont use guns that look like AKs, externally or internally.
then in iraq why are ppl trading in the m-16 for the ak. i know someone in iraq and about half of his sqaud as "lost" their m16s

yeah dude, the M16 sucks too. its just accurate and cheap, thats why our country uses them. Trust me, hte M16 is gona go real soon to. it jams too easy and needs too much cleaning. and the L85 probaly does the same thing. but im shure that has nothing to do with the gameplay.

In my humble opinion you shouldn't make comparisons of real firearms and the guns in game. Its a game, Dice could have made the pp-19 Bizon the most powerful gun in game if they had the inclination.

Yeah I unlocked it and was disapointed with both it's power and accuracy. I haven't quite gone back to the old gun yet, but probabally will.

Can't wait to unlock the PKM though. Lots of power there.

This is what our troops are getting in real life very soon. Based on the HK G36. It's being tested as we speak.

If you wanna read about the L85a1 (its advantages and its flaws), heres some info on it.

The L85a1 fires the same .223 round used by the M16 so it is not anymore "powerful", and the 5.56mm NATO does not have the same stopping power as the Soviet 7.62x39mm. The AK101 is to be the AK adaptation of the 5.56mm NATO round (I dont understand why they would do that, but whatever). The reason they are different in game is just to make the 3 factions different, game would be boring if all the weapons were alike. Personally I wanna see the XM8 with the 6.8mm round in the game and hopefully it will make it in with the expansion.

and a 50 cal isnt supposed to do the same damage as the m24, DICE just ruins everything, FFS, shouldnt an unlock be at least better?????????

Can the M24 shoot through armored glass? The unlock should be different not overpowered. All rifles take at least 2 shots to kill someone unless its a head shot, and thats balance. If anything the scope should be better but in the name of game balance it should not be more powerful.

but it is common sense for the m95 to be better, i mean a bullet that's almost twice as wide in diameter should obviously do more damage dont u think? and for the balance part, if u ask anyone who has used the m95 they will tell u that it is underpowered even for balance sake!!
