How do you get the purple heart?

once i will get that medal so i have that thing just for fun because all those other medals take long long time and the purple hard is easy to get so i will get it

I got mine just to get it... they are right its a 4:1 ratio!

Kill 5 people and die 20 times too easy!

i got the purple **** and it was the hardest thing to get for me, like 3 rounds when i finally had it... the ****ers couldnt kill me 20 times and i was unarmed and was standing still, thats what im calling a crapy enemy
