Dumbest ever. It's not like the unlocks are superior to the normal weapons anyways. Any such belief is purely pyschological.

"The PKM owns!" Well, it's stronger, but less accurate.
"The G3 rules" Also stronger, but no grenade launcher and a smaller magazine.
"Gotta unlock the L85" I guess, but the damage is considerably lower.
"Dude, get the G36C" It's minimally stronger but has no red dot scope.
"L33t snipers use the M-95" Or they could just use the M24. Same gun. Better accy.
"The DAO-12 is awesome" It's better than the SMG's, I'll give you that. But it also sucks.
"Jackhammer, man" No one should ever say this.

Here's my first ever "being kicked" story--just last week:

I jumped into a game, Gulf of Oman as US. The jet spawned in front of me, so I hopped in. A guy stepped out in front of the plane, and I thought, he'll move, fired it up and ran over him (he didn't), and he punishes me.

So, I spawn and am able to hop in the plane again as it spawns. I see a land mine on the tarmac and the guy standing there again. So, I pull the throttle back and go vertical, and about 50 feet from the deck, the screen goes black and I'm kicked from the server!

So, not only team killed for the plane, but kicked too.

I have personally killed 2 teammates since the game came out...for refusing to provide me with ammo.

Let me explain: we were together sitting high atop a roof, all alone. I have very usefull C4 being dropped on top of unsuspecting Coal soldiers...I run dry of course. "need ammo" I declare...he looks at me, then turns back his attention to nothing. "need ammo" I ask again, no reply, nothing.

I continue to ask for ammo at least 20 more times and even fired a few single shots next to him to have him "wake up!". No response except this dumbfounded look of "what do you want from me...DUH!".

So he took 2 silenced single shots to the back of the head, his kit picked up, 3 bags of ammo droped, my kit re-picked up and I continue to have fun.

Had I been on my server, I would have kicked him for being UTTERLY useless. Maybe it was his first time playing? Nope, he had a good score, so he knew what he was doing...and that was being a useless *******. Well now he is a dead useless *******.

And to think...dropping bags would have INCREASED his score! Thus making him an idiot of extreme caliber for not doing so.

Thats the only time I can remember being purposely TKed for it though. However, I remember one time I was critically wounded, and a medic ran over to my body. Did he revive me? Nope. He picked up my DAO-12 and walked away. :hmm:

Speaking as someone how often playes a medic... LOL...

At least he was not point whoring..

Perhaps he was just out of ammo... :p

Back on topic, this is a worrying trend but one I have happly not seen yet. Perhapes the witness should state the servers they have seen this on to see if we can see if this is global??

One time me and my friend were playing and he had the PKM. So we are just walking and our teammate comes by and knifes my friend and takes his PKM, we were silent for like 2 seconds but then we laughed our asses off because we never seen such dumb things.

I've killed a few people with my jackhammer.... But yeah, sometimes I wish someone would envy it and kill me... prove me a stud for picking it! :laugh:

Happens to me, sort of. THey don't actually go out and kill me, but the pick up my kit the second I should happen to die, then a medic revives me and I'm stuck with a crappy AT kit or something.

I got TKd for my AMMO... once when i was AT. Another AT shot me from behind with pistol, and took my kit. (I have no AT weapon unlock) I suppose he needed ammo.

never teamkilled for picking up the guy his kit, I even think I never got intentionaly teamkilled for the kit I was using, but maybe I just didn't notice that this would be the reason, there are just some real morons and @rsholes running around

I have been tk'ed for my DAO. A guy on my team asked if he could have it to test, I said no, so he shot me and took it anyway.
