Sure does. Just set the mouselook key to a convieniant key on your stick or kb.

Here is the config i use .. simply makes the hatswitch function as the mouse when active.
Right click and save as /save link as to d/l it.

I can also post SS of how to configure it if this doesn't help.

For your first set up ... first go to the preference tab on the right and be sure you have the correct # of joystick you need to configure set. In my case 1. And that the POV switch is checked.



Next click the joystick tab and you'll see that the POV buttons are now on the list of configurable buttons. highlight the button POV1 up and double click it.



Next click the mouse tab at the top of the window, and assign the direction with the scroll bar (all the way up or -100) to the button.



Repeat for the other 3 buttons, right, down, and left. When your done it should look like this. you can then rename your first configuration to whatever you like, It should save when you close the program
