I loved your video "assault on ocel keyes" as well as this one. Your use of music in Ocel was amazing...Funny thing is I googled your username after I watched ocel and didn't find anytning. Im glad your posted here. Also what music did you use in the Ocel and in this new one?

EDITL I think the camera movement in Ocel was a bit choppy especially at the end a little (rotation around the flag and the jet), but I think it was a better production over all. I would be glad to upload it to my server for you. 120gb bandwidth, should be enough.

Regarding 3d animation, I would like to mention I suggest you download a trial of Maya 6(Alias Software) or 3D Studio Max (discreet.com). I would also mention 3d animation take a very long time to render if fully modeled and textured. The rendering for pixar take days or weeks on some of the most powerful computers. If this is something you really want to pursue professionaly you would probably benefit from a Quadro FX or a Fire GL viedo card eventually.

thanks for everyones comments.. and #41(Thameth), i always try to make the video better than the one i made before.. but you know how that goes sometimes.. you never know.. but i do try to learn all about editing and filmmaking as much as i can.. im interested in learning pixar-like animation (even if its just special effects).. which i will no doubt do eventually

If i were you i would start learning how to use After Effects if you can. Trust me its a VERY powerful program if you haven't used it already. Works great in combination with Premeire.

Also i think you should work on a Karkand Movie next

If you understand the concept of keyframing then its simple as apple pie. If not then it may take a bit to understand but not much. Try a google search for "After Effects Tutorials" and you'll find a few good websites that will walk you through some awesome effects.

Once you figure it out you'll spend more time playing with AE than BF2. Its also as power hungry as BF2 if not more, Its definitely one of those where the more RAM the better.

If you've got a little cash i would also recommend After Effects Classroom in a Book from Barnes and Nobles or Borders. Its written by Adobe and some of its best power users.

wow, great music. went well with the event scenario. Good vid.
Didnt think it would gimme goosebumps at first but when that helo showed up, i got the shivers man. and its FREAKIN 115 here in the desert!!.
Only thing that got me was the camera was a bit jerky when it moved. Was that for effect? If u could slow camera movement acceleration I believe it could be a bit better. Great vid KeyElite/Speilbiergo , im savin it to show my friends..
