A necessary Vehicle!

My God Battlefield 2 needs an A-10 Tank Killer/Warthog. Flying at lower speeds over a battlefield with an airplane that has tripple redundant flight capability and heavy armor, not to mention a kick ass gatling gun and an arsenal of AA/AG missiles and cluster bombs...what more could you ask for? It would be the perfect vehicle to strafe a battlefield and destroy all armor and give enemy helicopters a run for their money. I'm not sure what you would balance this vehicle with for the MEC and Chinese...Military buffs come out of the woodworks and suggest some more vehicles!

There is already an "Equivelent" jet...playable with 2 players, can do all of what you said.
Gulf of Oman and Stalemate. Fly it, Get good at it...Love it.

The A-10 will be in plenty of mods. Really its roll is actually filled in BF2 already anyway so I don't think it is needed in BF2 but there is certainly room in the mods that will have all different units anyway.

The planes that exist are already pretty good at taking out people on the ground. It would ruin the balance.

what we REALLY need is the MEC SUICIDE BOMBER like was in DC 1.3.....that was the wildest gameplay ever. I remember spawning on a server where 90% of the team were suicide bombers......
