He, Ichbin8, Tomikely and Schoei-Ger- were all enjoying the easy points!

After that I killed em a few times

Only deserves a ban if other poeple care that much about stats........IMO its bollocks, why be concerned about other people's scores that you don't even know???? Those that are concerned are obvisously just crap.

...if you want to stat-pad, you should be willing to drop your money on your own server and have at it. You and a couple of your buddies. No problem. Although.. EA does seem to have a problem with it; so says the EULA.

They should be warned once and have their stats reduced appropriately. If they are caught again they should have their stats reduced back to 0. If they are caught a 3rd time they should be permabanned by cd-key, username and by IP address from every ranked server.

Some people go on about how they don't care about stats. Well that's fine and dandy for you but a lot of people do care about their stats. Not enough to cheat or point farm but they just want an honest game and enjoy seeing the wide variety of stats and scores tracked by the game. It's pretty unique to BF2 and it makes multiplayer a little more in depth than simply just playing for fun. Why should we all bow and scrape to you just because you don't care. If you don't care about stats then why do you care enough to post that you don't care. Just ignore the thread entirely and move on.

A lot of fun comes from aiming to be the top teamwork player or combat player and working to get there. A lot of people I know hate MP games because they say "it's just pointless all you do is capture a flag or see how high your score is and then you start again". Well BF2 gives you that little bit extra by recording your achievements and it's not really fair to have it ruined by these retards.

As I said.......who cares....whatever, bothered........cannot be arsed with that sh1te. I play BF2 this way,

1.Switch PC on.
2.Load BF2
3.Play on Server.
4.Have fun in my own little world of amusement, shooting soldiers made up of pixels.

I think point farmers should be banned for sure.

A couple of guys on a server I was playing on the other night did nothing the whole round but throw grenades out in the middle of nowhere while resupplying one another. They did this the entire map and both came out as the top scorers despite neither having any kills.

You may think this is not harming anyone but in fact our team was down two players and the server was full so real players who wanted to play the game could not get on for these two idiots.

You will be glad to know I found them and ran into their stream of grenades and forced them to TK me a couple of times just to upset their stats a little

So you deny anyone on BF2 to have freedom of expression regardless becuase what you deem as fun, is the way everyone else should. Since is it a media form it therefore is under the umbrella of Art, and Art is freedom of expression and to say it hurts others is so pretentious that its beyond comprehension. In life there will always be "little" things that annoys us or other people most intelligent thing to do is ignore it and carry on, its like not putting the toothpaste cap back on, bloody annoying but not in the least worth getting upset over.
