I actually like the increased number of CPs. I always felt that BF42 wasted so much "warable" space b/c the flags were too concentrated -- think of El Al.

I agree though that we need a couple good big vehicle maps. Given the geography in the mideast and china, we could easily do an ElAl type map. I always thought Easting had the best balance (Scud and base camping notwithstanding) of vehicles and infantry fighting and something like that would be a great addition.

But if the maps had less CP's then the artilerry, UAV and scan and the spotting ability wouldn't be that usefull. Now they are, so you have more varaables that can determin a battle, and there are more different things in which soemone can shine or be bad . Like some are not a good shooter, but remmeber to spot a lot and can turn the tide of a match, or some are good commanders, but again not good medics or so. It also makes the matches less predictable. If the maps would be smaller with less CP have their advantages but also their disadvantages. Anyway it would have been nice if those smaller maps with less Cp's would be added, NOT replace the current mpas cause they are fine IMO, so that everyone would have something to enjoy.

As BrassEye said, Supply lines would be awsome for these maps because then you would have to capture them in order, it would be like UT2004, it did that and it worked well because all the fighting was going on at the point that needed to be captrured to move on.

After reaching my second unlock I've just started playing on unranked servers and I've come across similar situations to the one Skedy describes above. One server in particular was running a variety of 16 and 32 player maps with 64 players. The result was astounding. Constant fire fights, bottlenecking, solid defense at every base, it was great fun. I'll definitely be going back for more. For anyone who hasn't tried it, the 16 player version of Kubra Dam with 64 players is quite an experience.

I like all the maps but I must agree, less CPs would be an improvement on many of them. Defending a flag that noone wants isn't any fun. Neither is leaving it for any loner in a buggy to take. Perhaps it's just a matter of working out where best to defend - perhaps somewhere in between flags...

I like the maps but i do think there should be more of them and more variety.

Like maybe a map or two thats objective based rather than just taking the flags.

I really think EA could learn so much about how to make bf2 so much better by stealing a lot ideas from Americas Army.

I like the maps like they are now, even think they are very good and dam nice looking.

Also the balance in the maps (infantry-vihicle) is good to me,don't see where you are making a problem here.

The only thing about the maps is that I want more maps

I agree. The thing is they did a great job with infantry maps, but they screwed up with the vehicle maps.

I think we all know what would remedy most of these problems.
----SUPPLY LINES. I can only hope that this is included in the next patch.
