Duuuuddeee that Uzi (or whatever it is) looks sssssooooooo attached. If its not attached then where is the foregrip for that big thing? The other two models have one.

The Striker/DOA is the gun they use to shoot Tear Gas am I right?

And yes, according to my eyes that Mac 10/11 is attached to the shotty.
That is a really cool combination! and i can only guess it would work pretty well in CQB.

The M11 IS attached to the gun for sure. Think about what the shotgun would look like if the SMG wasnt on there.. What would you hold as the foregrip?.. The barrel?.. I think not... Its attached.
I'd just like to point out that believe it or not YOU, an over 21 United States Citizen, CAN OWN that drum-fed shotgun with an attached under-barrel MAC (it's not a F*cking Uzi, ok?).
Regardless of barrel-length, a drum-fed shotgun is considered a Destructive Device and regulated under the National Firearms Act. You can purchase one from any Class III dealer in the United states (where state/local laws allow) provided you fill out a Form 4 with the ATF, submit fingerprints and photographs in duplicate, and wait three months for it all to process (background check). Finding one to purchase is the hard part, and they won't be cheap.
The MAC, if semi-auto and attached, becomes a Short-Barreled Rifle so it would need to be registered as such through a Form I with the ATF. If it's a machinegun manufactured prior to May 1986 then you can purchase it through a Class III dealer the same way as with the DD (Destructive Device). You can NOT turn a semi-auto firearm into a select-fire (machinegun) firearm. Technically you can apply to do so under a Form 1, but the ATF has never approved one of these requests to my knowledge.
Great a MAC11 should do even more damage than an UZI, so **** that I want it in-game and in real life.

The Ingram MAC-11 is chambered in .380acp (9x17mm) whereas most Uzi's are chambered in a full 9mm (9x19mm) or in some cases .45acp. Therefore the MAC-11 would have decidedly LESS stopping power...
